This class is perfect for athletes who are new to tumbling or looking to build a strong foundation for future skills. Our Beginner Tumble & Strength class focuses on developing proper technique, body control, and overall strength to support safe and effective tumbling progressions. Athletes will work on basic skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges, while also incorporating strength and conditioning exercises to improve flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
Whether your child is just starting their tumbling journey or needs to refine the fundamentals, this class provides a fun and encouraging environment to build confidence and strength. No experience is necessary—just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
