Stunts

Our Stunt Classes focus on teaching athletes proper technique, strength, and teamwork for group and partner stunting. Athletes learn grips, body positions, timing, and control through progressive drills designed for their skill level. Focus:

  • Building balance, flexibility, and strength for flyers and bases

Skill Progression:

  • Stretching for body positions (heel stretch, scorpion, scale, arabesque)

Tumble

Our Tumbling Classes are designed to build strong foundations and safe progressions for every athlete—from beginner rolls and cartwheels to advanced passes and elite tumbling skills. Each class focuses on proper form, strength, flexibility, and body control, helping athletes develop confidence and consistency in their skills both on the floor and in routines.

Focus:

  • Core tumbling technique for beginners

Skill Progression:

  • Forward and backward rolls
  • Handstands and cartwheels
  • Bridges and backbends
  • Round-offs and bridge kickovers
  • Intro to power and control drills

Focus:

  • Building flexibility, strength, and control in walkovers

Skill Progression:

  • Strong bridge and kickover technique
  • Front and back walkovers
  • Connected series (front walkover → cartwheel → back walkover)
  • Power drills for back handspring readiness

Focus:

  • Mastering the fundamentals of back handsprings

Skill Progression:

  • Proper sit, jump, and reach mechanics
  • Backward rolls and bridges with push
  • Assisted back handsprings
  • Unassisted standing back handsprings
  • Connected round-off back handsprings

Adult/Toddler and Private Coaching

  • Building coordination, confidence, and body awareness through fun movement and play

  • Basic motor skills: running, jumping, hopping, and balancing
  • Intro to tumbling shapes (tuck, pike, straddle)
  • Forward rolls and supported handstands
